So impressed with how promptly my order was processed and delivered, and the level of the customer service. I was notified very quickly about an issue with one of the books in my order, and received a full refund for the book. I really appreciated how communicative the team was, and I was totally satisfied with the steps taken to correct the issue. The other two books in my order were in great condition as expected, and again, arrived promptly and packaged perfectly to keep them safe.
