Refund policy

 

All our books come from donations and as such are not new items: to assist with your purchasing decision, our Book condition guide will provide details on the wear and tear you can expect when selecting a pre-loved book.

We cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or to a mistake when ordering: please review your order carefully, including the type of book condition selected, before proceeding to payment. 

However, if you received the wrong item or have queries about your order, please notify us within 2 business days from the delivery time: contact us at shipping@babelbooks.com.au detailing your concerns, order reference and photos of the issue displaying the shipping label.

We have your satisfaction at heart and will do our best to solve the issue.

In case a parcel is not collected by you and is returned to us by the carrier, any return transportation cost plus a re-stocking fee of $3 per book will be charged to your account and deducted from a refund.
