Great service in every way. When there was a very unusual issue with a delivery going randomly astray, I was kept in the loop and alternative plans made, even though the store was technically closed at the time for a break. Couldn’t have been more helpful. The book arrived in it’s own sweet time and in exact condition stated. Highly recommend and will be using again. Love your work.
