It was a delight to find an Australian source of used books especially supplying French texts! The categorisation is really useful. So I bought more than intended as the prices are good. They arrived well packaged and they were all in excellent as new condition though I’m happy to tolerate well loved books that show their age. I’ll be back. No more from the A place!

I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered BabelBooks. I was looking to buy second hand books in french without going through an overseas website, which would have come with long waiting time and prohibitive shipping cost. BabelBooks was a revelation. They have a fair selection of topics and categories. Given the limited market for French readership in Australia, it’s nothing short of a miracle. I ordered my first ‘pre-loved’ books recently, they arrived quicker than expected (from Victoria to Queensland), were well protected for the journey and in very good condition. So, full marks and keep up the good work, Sabine and colleagues. Merci.
