Stories of sixty-two women, who graduated as medical doctors from 1891 to 1953, are included in this book. The book also relates the history of the South Australian Medical Women's Society, which was established in 1928 to promote medical science, further the interest of medical women and deal with any matters of health,especially those affecting women.
