I ordered quite a few books and they all arrived in great condition. The hand-written message in the mail convinced me that I should send my regards, so that’s what I’m doing here. This store is doing what it promises, and they’re doing it well.
Some potential points of improvement: While it’s usually clear what books are in what language by descriptions, it wouldn’t hurt to include a simple tag that just says what language the book you’re about to purchase is in. The search function on the website could also be improved quite a bit. I’m sure the company have their reasons, but there are a lot of great soft-cover comics so it’s a bit disappointing that they only accept hard-cover for now.
Anyway; genuinely a good experience and I look forward to shopping here in the future for my French literature.

I am glad I stumbled across BabelBooks. I was searching for a specific book from my childhood, and could not find the particular version I was looking for except on Amazon, which was selling for over 100AUD!! I was sceptical at first, as I don’t usually purchase second-hand, but the book arrived quickly and it was in amazing condition. Support your local and second-hand books! :)
